Tart Gulung

Ingredients

300 gm plain flour

200 gm butter

50 gm milk powder

50 gm sugar powder

3 egg yoks

1 egg white

½ tsp salt

½ tsp vanilla



Method

Beat the egg yolk and egg white together with the sugar powder.

Add in all the flour, salt and vanilla and mixed it to form a dough. (kalau lembik tambah tepung sedikit).

Masukkan inti tart dan gulung lah seperti bantal.

Dan bakar lah suhu about 180deg 30mins.
